My husband and I love these phones They are a snap to set up and are very user friendly The only thing is that the battery life is a bit short with excessive use Also Blackberry support is very helpful if the need arises I would recommend this phone to all my friend and family Rock on Blackberry,Good job

I love my phone and I am gonna get my girlfriend to switch to AT&T and get her a blackberry. I wanna take advantage of the 25 dollar offer.

I did have a 2100 plan with AT&T. When I signed up, After the salesman said we could not down grade, only up grade, so I switched (or thought I switched) to the 1400 minute plan. My plan was not switched, when I called back to switch it, they said they had to speak to my husband (Steve) in order to do it, even though they talked to my husband to allow me to order this phone. So now, I am stuck with the 2100 minute plan and we don't utilize it.

My very favorite BlackBerry to date! I'd speak of the things that I liked about the phone, but that would take forever because I absolutely love EVERYTHING about the phone! Not a flaw.
